ZOLMAN TIRE HOSTS STUDENT LEADERSHIP AWARDS CEREMONY

Mishawaka, Indiana

On Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 6:30 pm, Zolman Tire was honored to host this year’s Zolman’s Student Leadership Award winners at the Zolman’s 2014 E. McKinley Location in Mishawaka. Zolman’s Student Leadership Award is a $1,000 scholarship provided to eleven high school seniors - totaling $11,000.00 in scholarship money. Zolman’s would like to congratulate all of our student winners this year.

The requirements for this Student Leadership Award were as follows:

1. Each student must have at least a 3.0 GPA.
2. Each student must be a high school senior.
3. They must be planning to go into any further education beyond their senior year of high school.

This continued education can be vocational schooling, trade school, community college, traditional four-year college, online college, or military. These students have been selected from qualifying students who applied from schools across the six counties of St. Joseph, Elkhart, Cass, Berrien, Van Buren, and Kalamazoo.

The Zolman’s Student Leadership Award provides financial support to students who have overcome, at times, seemingly insurmountable obstacles. The SLA Award is our way of saying thank you to these fine students who are doing everything they can to give back to the community as they strive to become the very best citizens and leaders they can be. We want them to know that your dreams can true with the right amount of hard work and perseverance., says Nate Zolman, Owner.

This is the fifth year that Zolman’s has provided these scholarship awards of $1,000 each to students. The grand total of scholarships given by Zolman’s is $50,000.
